Do you have any problem to sync the exchange or sending emails/sitting in outbox, check the following things during the problem;

  • Antivirus configuration for outgoing email setting; if you have any problem to receive the email check the incoming mail setting;
  • Make sure you have up to date service packs for MS Office to ensure the outlook is working without any issue;
  • Press Ctrl key while opening outlook it will run the outlook in safe mode to check the issue;
  • Under the account setting DISABLED – Use Cached Exchange Mode then open the outlook and test all. Again Enable back to work on caching mode;
  • Check the Add-Ins, File – Options, anything is causing the problems;

Press F9 to send/receive emails.
