Issue & Resolution: Can’t configure the Office 365 Email in the Outlook.

When your autodiscover is directing to the web url / domain, the issue here is that cPanel is getting in the way of Autodiscover.

Login into cPanel and set the Mail Routing on their domains, specifically to ‘Remote Mail Exchange’. Once you set, you should be able to configure your Office365 email in the Outlook.

Open command prompt – Run as Administrator and run the following commands,

net stop w32time
w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:”0.au.pool.ntp.org 1.au.pool.ntp.org 2.au.pool.ntp.org 3.au.pool.ntp.org”
net start w32time
w32tm /config /update
w32tm /resync /rediscover

 

Method 2:

You can configure using Local Group Policy in the member server, snapshot shows in details.

Setup in the local group policy , force update the policy (gpupdate /force) and restart the service – Windows Time.

Mount the Windows 10 or Windows 8.1 iso file

Locate (D – Mounted ISO path) D:\sources\,  copy the contents to c:\ drive of the computer. (I used different computer to transfer)

I did in c:\download\sxs

Run as administrator – Command Prompt and run the following command,

Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /source:C:\Download\sxs /LimitAccess
